This backyard was transformed from drab space with no privacy to one with an eye-catching pool, tasteful landscaping and privacy from the neighbors. The “Sea Can” (shipping container) pool was placed in a concrete surround and features a variety of colored lights, trex steps and a trex cover for the mechanics. The landscaping exhibits ground cover and plants in a natural setting with exposed concrete slabs that surround the pool, ground lighting and a large, new covered sitting area to come to after an afternoon at the pool. The linear gas fireplace and globe light provide the finishing touches. The custom designed privacy fencing and gate complete this backyard that anyone would want to come home to in the sunny Okanagan!
